Information you choose to provide

The contact form asks for your name, work email, organization, general priority, and a short message. Do not submit passwords, security findings, incident evidence, regulated data, or other sensitive information through the website.

How contact information is used

Ackatec uses contact-form information to review your request, route it to the appropriate person, respond to you, and maintain a limited record of the conversation. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

Storage and retention

Contact-form records are stored in Ackatec's access-controlled Google Cloud environment and are scheduled for automatic deletion after 90 days. The complete submission is also delivered to Ackatec's Microsoft 365 environment so an authorized principal can respond. Those email and calendar business records follow Ackatec's internal retention practices.

Abuse prevention

The form creates a one-way, secret-keyed identifier from the requesting connection to limit automated abuse. Ackatec does not intentionally store the raw network address in the lead record. The rate-limit identifier is scheduled for deletion within 24 hours.

Cookies and external services

This website does not intentionally set marketing or advertising cookies. The contact page can load Microsoft Bookings after you choose “Check live availability,” or you can open the calendar in a new tab. Loading or using that calendar sends technical information to Microsoft and may use cookies required by the scheduling service. Links to email and LinkedIn leave this website and are governed by those services' policies. Google Cloud processes technical request logs as part of hosting and protecting the site.
